Store experience intelligence

An experience signal matters when someone can act on it.

Queues, unattended zones and unavailable products can affect a shopping visit in different ways. RetailJarvis connects these kinds of store signals with analysis and corrective execution. Its operating loop moves from sensing an experience gap to assigning an intervention and checking what happened afterward. Store teams gain a structured way to follow an issue through resolution, while leaders can examine patterns across the operation. The signals used in a deployment should reflect the retailer's permitted sources, monitoring policies and staff responsibilities.

Inside JCP RetailJarvis

What you can do.

01 / Capability

Store activity and service signals

Bring together footfall, dwell-time and queue observations with transaction, feedback and inventory context. The product's signal scope also includes service-quality audio analysis where that collection is appropriate and authorized for the operation.

Explore your use case

Experience-gap analysis

Examine staffing gaps, customer waiting and other indicators of service friction. RetailJarvis includes store-health analysis and behavioral indicators that help teams prioritize an investigation without treating every movement or transaction as a complete customer story.

Corrective execution

Connect an identified issue to an intervention through store operations workflows. Contextual alerts can give the responsible team the information needed to respond, with the specific routing and operating responsibilities defined for the deployment.

Verification after the intervention

Follow the issue beyond the alert. Resolution-time tracking and closed-loop verification help teams examine whether an intervention was carried out and how the observed experience signals changed afterward, rather than counting notification delivery as completion.

The product in practice

How it works.

Follow the decisions and handoffs that bring JCP RetailJarvis into your operation.

  1. 01

    Sense the relevant store conditions

Collect the permitted activity, service, transaction and stock signals for the store workflow. Establish what each signal represents so an operational observation is interpreted in its proper context.

  2. 02

    Analyze and route the issue

Identify a service gap, examine its supporting context and direct a corrective task to the store team. Make the person responsible for the response clear before the intervention begins.

  3. 03

    Verify the response

Check whether the task was completed and review the subsequent signals. Use the outcome to distinguish a resolved issue from a recurring condition that needs a different operational response.

In your working day

Where it fits.

Start with the situation your team needs to address. Then map the capabilities and connections around it.

Waiting without assistance

Examine dwell and staffing signals around an assistance area, route an intervention and follow the response through the store workflow instead of leaving the issue as an isolated observation.

Store-health reviews

Combine experience signals with transaction and inventory context to review recurring friction. Focus the operating conversation on where issues arise and how consistently teams close them.

Service execution follow-through

Track the time between an identified service gap and its resolution. Review the actual response alongside changing store signals to improve the team's operating process.

A little more detail

Your questions, answered.

Explore what JCP RetailJarvis could mean for your team.

Ask our team
What does Sense–Analyze–Act–Verify mean?

It describes the operating loop: observe relevant signals, interpret the issue, route a corrective intervention and verify its execution. The final step keeps attention on the response rather than only on detection.

Is a behavioral experience indicator the same as a customer survey?

No. A predicted indicator such as Silent NPS is inferred from signals; it is not a customer-provided survey response. Teams should distinguish the measures and review them in context.

Does every store need the same monitoring setup?

No single setup should be assumed. Signal selection depends on the operating use case, available systems and permitted collection. Store policies, staff responsibilities and review procedures should govern how those signals are used.
